Obamas last attempt at increasing jobs in the US did not produce nearly the amount of jobs that was expect. IMO it was a waste of money for the number of jobs created.
Throughout his presidency Obama has made it more expensive for a small business to employ each individual. Therefore small business's across America are having to tighten their belts and not hire new workers. The goal for Obama with his speech on Thursday should be to lower cost of all small business's to employ workers. This will in turn give business the opportunity to either take that money and hire or use that money to promote much needed products. Next step... See what he will say...
